I’m Passionate About Guiding You Towards A Successful Real Estate Career
Frank Gentile started his Real Estate career in 1996. He has practiced every facet of Real Estate, from residential to commercial to investment.
In the 90's he was one of the first agents to use the "farming" method of Marketing for Real Estate leads. He applied this technique to both residential and commercial Real Estate. In the early 2000's he was one of the first agents to start blogging. Blogging was also a very successful strategy to attract listings and agents to his corporately owned office.
In 2006 he opened an independent Real Estate Brokerage and brand. Frank has thrived in the independent Brokerage space for almost twenties years, going head to head with top Real Estate firms across the GTA.
In 2010 Frank Gentile was one of the first to start mass emailing campaigns and building contact lists through local advertising and events.
Frank Gentile's foresight allowed him to stay ahead of all realtor's with marketing techniques and ultimately sales.

In 1996 Frank severed his first piece of land in Richmond Hill to create two building lots. This sparked and interest in him and began a journey into the development and building world.
